Strength-Based parenting predicts academic achievement

A study conducted shows a positive correlation between strength-based parenting to perseverance and engagement. This parenting style is where the parents are regularly acknowledging and encouraging their child’s unique personality, abilities, and talents. Perseverance in the adolescent combined with strength-based parenting were found to have a significantly positive impact on the students’ academic achievement.
